OTHELLO
When you'll have to rise
Above the best and prove yourself
Your spirit never dies!
Farewell, I've gone to take my throne above
But don't weep for me
'Cause this will be
The labor of my love
I've got no roots, but my home was never on the ground
I like standing still, but that's just a wishful plan
Ask me where I come from, I'll say a different land
But I've got memories and travel like gypsies in the night
Above the best and prove yourself
Your spirit never dies!
Farewell, I've gone to take my throne above
But don't weep for me
'Cause this will be
The labor of my love
I've got no roots, but my home was never on the ground
I like standing still, but that's just a wishful plan
Ask me where I come from, I'll say a different land
But I've got memories and travel like gypsies in the night

HISTORY
you see....his mother was quite a wild she. she was simply so full of endless love, she had more than...20 partners. and bared 6 litters... Othello would describe her as 'quaint mistress with a tendency to seduce....ev'ryone. a callet'. He couldn't really blame her - he himself knew the addiction to the pleasure and the finest things in life. despite being a wanderer most of his life, he's experienced some grand things.
you can find him in the forest, or by the river. he's mostly talking to himself, or admiring the scenery. beauty was always to be admired in silence, othello says. he's very spiritual, he knows how to read the stars and he often prays to gods and the ghosts of the deceased. he often catches up with his mother and shares tongues with her - a wise, fine cat is she. othello had never judged her for her ways, unlike the rest of her children who cursed her for never giving them a kithood they deserved... othello agrees, but hey. life is what you make of it. and he wasn't about to make it around holding a grudge on his mother.
she gave him life. introduced him to everything he knows now. being a gypsy's son is a blessing. after all, he's free to make stories about himself if he wishes. his past is determined only by himself alone, and so is his future. he can be whoever he wants to be. bound by no one, here one day, gone the next.
'To knoweth yourself as the being und'rneath the bethink'r, the stillness und'rneath the mental hurtling, the loveth and joy und'rneath the teen, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.'
